1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MilkMitra mobile application (com.milkmitra.app) or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration & Verification
You may sign in to MilkMitra using Android SIM Phone Number Verification (powered by Firebase Phone Number Verification) or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate business and contact details during onboarding and only verify phone numbers or Google accounts that belong to you.
3. Dairy Ledger & Rate Calculations
MilkMitra provides calculation tools for milk collection (FAT, SNF, CLR slab rates) and farmer khata tracking. Dairy collectors and farmers are responsible for verifying their configured rate charts and settlement amounts prior to disbursing payments.
4. Offline & Cloud Sync
MilkMitra works offline-first and synchronizes your records to the cloud when an internet connection is available. Please ensure your device connects to the internet periodically so your latest entries are backed up safely.
