1. Overview
MilkMitra (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a digital dairy collection, milk rate calculation, and farmer khata management application (Android package com.milkmitra.app). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep your data safe.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information required to authenticate your account and synchronize your dairy records across devices:
- Phone Number Verification (Firebase PNV on Android): When you verify your mobile number on Android using the native OS Credential Manager sheet (Firebase Phone Number Verification), we receive your verified mobile phone number in E.164 format and a cryptographic verification token from Google Firebase ONLY after you provide explicit consent on the system prompt.
- Google Account Sign-In: When you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your basic Google profile details (name, email address, and Google user identifier) to create or sign in to your MilkMitra account.
- Dairy Profile & Ledger Records: Dairy business name, owner name, farmer names and phone numbers, daily morning/evening milk entries (quantity, FAT, SNF, CLR, rates), rate charts, and settlement bills that you enter into the app.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your identity securely via Android SIM Phone Number Verification (Firebase PNV) or Google Sign-In without requiring SMS OTP delays.
- To link and synchronize your dairy ledger across your Android and iOS devices so you never lose your farmer khata or collection records.
- To generate shift reports, 10-day/monthly farmer bills, and PDF/WhatsApp receipts at your request.
4. Data Sharing & Security
We never sell, rent, or trade your phone number, email address, or dairy ledger data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. All network communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, and authentication tokens are verified using official Google and Firebase cryptographic public keys (JWKS).
5. Account & Data Deletion
You retain full ownership of your dairy data. You can request complete deletion of your MilkMitra account, phone number, email address, and associated cloud records at any time by emailing dksaini2005alwar@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
